Zero To Three has published their State of Babies Yearbook for 2020 and the data continues to show significant disparities in opportunity for our youngest children throughout the country. Babies of color, babies in families of low-income, and those living in urban and rural areas face inequities that challenge the foundational brain development of the earliest years. The Yearbook also allows us to see a snapshot of how infants, toddlers, and their families are doing in these three policy domains in our own state: Good Health, Strong Families, and Positive Early Learning.
