As Co-Director, Lori brings innovation and excellence to design/development and facilitation of transformational insight and action among cross-sector partners. Lori provides training and technical assistance on a wide range of health and human services issues in support of evidence-based policy and practice. Throughout her career she has infused hope and progress into statewide and local initiatives focused on child, family, and community wellness.

Lori is the Co-Director of the Social Policy Institute. Previously, she facilitated the California Prevention and Early Intervention Citizen Review Panel and served as the lead facilitator for California’s Child Welfare Services Redesign. Lori was also the lead designer for the California Evidence-based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare. In her free time, Lori is devoted to her family and community. At heart, Lori is a people-person who enjoys meeting others and engaging with them in the course of her travels. Lori serves on the Board of Directors for the National Prevention Science Coalition and also of the San Diego Rescue Mission.
