What We Do
SPI Actively Facilitates Project Planning, Policy Advocacy and Community Partnerships
SPI conducts program evaluations, performs collaborative research, and designs continuous quality improvement (CQI) systems for various organizations and networks, transforming data into meaningful action for evidence-informed programs and processes. SPI also has experience in creating theories of change, guiding partners through data collection, performing data analysis, and creating visualization dashboards.
Partners in Prevention
San Diego’s cross-sector, integrated approach to increasing protective factors and child, family and community well-being. SPI is a subcontractor to the YMCA, who supports the work through a grant from the federal Children’s Bureau, thus ensuring access to prevention resources across 13 projects.
Essentials for Childhood Collaborative
A cross-sector partnership focused on developing and implementing a Child and Family Well-being System of Care in Ventura County for fulfillment of AB2083 and expectations of the OCAP for county-wide integrated prevention.
California Children’s Trust Leadership Team
A statewide, multi-sector collaborative to “re-imagine children’s behavioral health” and thereby increase child and family well-being.
